Ingredients

  • 3 Persons
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup trimmed green beans
  • toasted sesame seeds (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients together and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Place vegetables in the 3-Layer Steam It and cook for about 12 minutes.
  3. In a Tupperware Bowl, toss vegetables with dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds.
