- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp. ginger strips
- 2 tbsp. sliced onion leeks

- Create diagonal cuts on both sides of fish and rub fish with salt.
- Fill cuts with ginger and leeks, and place the remaining aromatics in parchment paper or foil.
- Season fish with combined soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Lay fish on bed of aromatics. Place it in the 3-Layer Steam It.
- In the TUPPERCHEF Inspire Frypan, bring water to boil. Place the 3-Layer Steam It over water and cover with lid. Ensure water level does not exceed level indicated. Cook fish for about 12 minutes.
