  • Pompano fish, cleaned
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ginger strips
  • 2 tbsp. sliced onion leeks

Instructions

  1. Create diagonal cuts on both sides of fish and rub fish with salt.
  2. Fill cuts with ginger and leeks, and place the remaining aromatics in parchment paper or foil.
  3. Season fish with combined soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  4. Lay fish on bed of aromatics. Place it in the 3-Layer Steam It.
  5. In the TUPPERCHEF Inspire Frypan, bring water to boil. Place the 3-Layer Steam It over water and cover with lid. Ensure water level does not exceed level indicated. Cook fish for about 12 minutes.
