- 1 large carrot
- 1 large eggplant
- 1 large zucchini
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cups corned tuna
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups prepared bechamel sauce
- grated cheddar cheese
- grated mozzarella cheese

- Peel vegetables using the Universal Peeler.
- Cut the vegetables lengthwise into thin slices using the Wide Peeler.
- Microwave slices of vegetables using the Blossoms Saucy Dish Server for 3 minutes until liquid draws out from the veggies.
- In the 20 cm Chef Series Non-Stick Frypan, saute garlic, onions, and tuna mixture filling, bechamel sauce, and cheddar cheese.
- In the 28 cm Chef Series Non-Stick Frypan, assemble pre-cooked vegetables. Add eggplant first, then layer with tuna mixture filling, bechamel sauce, and cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the process with the carrot on the second layer and zucchini on the third.
- Top with bechamel on the topmost layer and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with lid and cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
