  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 1 large zucchini

  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 cups corned tuna
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 cups prepared bechamel sauce
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel vegetables using the Universal Peeler.
  2. Cut the vegetables lengthwise into thin slices using the Wide Peeler.
  3. Microwave slices of vegetables using the Blossoms Saucy Dish Server for 3 minutes until liquid draws out from the veggies.
  4. In the 20 cm Chef Series Non-Stick Frypan, saute garlic, onions, and tuna mixture filling, bechamel sauce, and cheddar cheese.
  5. In the 28 cm Chef Series Non-Stick Frypan, assemble pre-cooked vegetables. Add eggplant first, then layer with tuna mixture filling, bechamel sauce, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Repeat the process with the carrot on the second layer and zucchini on the third.
  7. Top with bechamel on the topmost layer and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover with lid and cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
